Standard Features:
- Material options – Mild Steel, 3CR12 or Stainless Steel
- Tanks are suitably baffled with ‘ANTI VORTEX’ plates and 2 sets of 3mm removable baffles.
- Non-corroding Perspex sight glass calibrated in 500-litre markings.
- 600mm manhole positioned on the top rear of the tank.
- A ladder fitted at the rear for easy access to the manhole.
- All outside surfaces thoroughly cleaned, primed and painted with two coats of 2K enamel.
- Working platform with step and rail at the rear of the tank.
- Polymer mudguards
- Taillights, reflectors and chevron as per traffic regulations and SABS approved.
Mounting
- The TFM tank is mounted on a supra-form subframe with cross members and a 75 mm fall to the rear.
- The subframes are secured to the chassis with spring-loaded rubber mountings and a 3-point pivot mount for maximum flexibility.
